For staging your home I offer two basic services. If you are up for the job of doing the dirty work I can assist you with a consultation. With a consultation, I will come to your home, see every room, take notes and pictures. Using the eyes of a buyer, I will prepare a report for you that lists my recomendations room by room. A full report will be completed in less than 48 hours and given to you.
If you, like most people, just do not have time to stage your home, I am here to help! I will come to your home and meet with you to take pictures and notes. I will then prepare a proposal for the staging work you want done. You can expect your proposal in less than 48 hours. Then we will put your home on the calendar and I will get to work for you!
